Mayor Wetton, formerly known as Captain Wetton, is the main antagonist of the Ruluka Island arc during season five of the One Piece anime. He is the former leader of the Wetton Pirates and the mayor of Ruluka Island.
In the Japanese dub, he is voiced by Jouji Nakata. In the English dubs, he is voiced by Bob D'Haene (4Kids) and Vic Mignogna (Funimation).
