The Zero Imperative is the first story within BBV Productions' P.R.O.B.E. series set within the Doctor Who Universe. It was released in 1994 and features Elizabeth Shaw. A sequel entitled The Devil of Winterborne was released in 1995.
Former UNIT scientist Liz Shaw investigates a series of bizarre murders near a soon-to-be closed psychiatric hospital. When the hospital is suddenly saved by a wealthy businessman events seem to run out of Liz's control.
