The Thirteenth Guest, also known as Lady Beware in the United Kingdom, is a 1932 American mystery film written by Frances Hyland, the late Arthur Hoerl, and directed by the late Albert Ray. It is the first film adaptation of the late Armitage Trail's 1929 novel of the same name. (See also: The Mystery of the 13th Guest for the 40's adaption)
In an attempt to solve a bewildering mystery, guests assemble to re-create a dinner party where the host fell dead.
