The Smile Entity is the main antagonist of both the 2022 film Smile and its 2024 sequel Smile 2. It is a demonic serial killer who curses people to either commit a gruesome murder or commit suicide in a gruesome manner themselves.

It is portrayed by Marti Matulis.
