
The Punisher is the first volume based off of the character of the same name and written by Steven Grant, beginning in January and ending in May of 1986. It takes place on Earth-616 in Marvel Comics.
It is followed by The Punisher (Volume 2).

- In issue #2, Angela mentions that an unknown person set fire to her family's restaurant which killed her father and her brothers, however seeing that she was trying to convince Frank to join her team known as The Trust, it's more than likely she was lying about their fates, so they won't be counted.
