
The Executioner Part II is an action/vigilante film directed by James Bryan.
After a series of killings of some of the most dangerous criminals in the city, a police detective sets about finding who this vigilante is. The detective soon discovers the vigilante hand-grenade killer is an old Army buddy who once saved his life.
