
The Clairvoyant (Alternate Title: The Killing Hour), is a 1982 American crime-horror/thriller film directed by Armand Mastroianni.
The story takes place in New York City, where the police are on the case of a serial killer dubbed "The Handcuff Killer." Meanwhile, an artist named Virna Nightbourne is having psychic visions of the murders and sketches them on her canvas.

- Muriel Watson - Drowned when Paul McCormack handcuffed her to the steering wheel of her car and put a brick on the gas pedal, making it go out of control until it eventually crashed into the water.
- Paul "Mac" McCormack/The Handcuff Killer - Dropped from a building by Detective Larry Weeks, at his own behest.
