Terry Simmons (Blood Rage)

Terry Simmons is the main antagonist of the 1987 slasher film Blood Rage. He is the psychopathic twin brother of Todd, who he frames for murder and gets him locked up in an institution. When Todd finally breaks out, Terry begins killing again to make everyone think that Todd has returned to kill his family and their friends.

He is portrayed by Mark Soper.
