Tarantulas is the secondary antagonist of Beast Wars. He is a former member of the Predacons led by Megatron.
He is voiced by Alec Willows.

- Spider-Bot - Stomped on by Tarantulas.
- Dinobot - Shot by Tarantulas, Blackarachnia, Rampage and Quickstrike while protecting protohumans, also knocked over by Megatron. Used the last of his energy to destroy the Golden Disk, and succumbs to his injuries in the Maximals arms.
- Blackarachnia - Killed when Tarantulas blasted at the Maximal Base, causing Rhinox to fail to destroy the virus in her core. Revived shortly after by the Transmetal Driver.
- Arachnoid - Crushed by Tarantulas using his hands.
- The Vok - Presumably killed when Tarantulas blew himself up.
