- In "Issue 1", numerous Pau'an guards are beaten by numerous Mikkians. However, it is unknown if any are directly killed, so none will be listed above.
- In "Issue 2", numerous Nihil are shown washed up on Eiram's shore in a flashback following the Destruction of Starlight Beacon. However, it is unknown if any are deceased, especially since Krix Kamerat and Lula Talisola are shown alive. As such, none will be listed above.
- In "Issue 2", a list of numerous Jedi who disappeared during the Destruction of Starlight Beacon are shown. While two, Bibs and Rardal Balnar, are confirmed deceased in the issue, their deaths were shown in the Star Wars: The High Republic Adventures (2021). As such, they, or any other Jedi who might have perished, will not be listed above.
- In "Issue 4", the Warden releases multiple prisoners on the Korvix Vorn into the vacuum of space. However, according to the issue, all the prisoners were rescued by the Republic Defense Coalition and will not be listed above. Any Nihil that might've been released will also not be counted, as they may have either been rescued as well or escaped before the shields to the ship were released.
- The only character that will be listed is one of the Nameless that was shown to be deceased in the next issue. It is also unknown if the other Nameless survived or if the Nameless shown deceased is Deblindrix III.
- In "Issue 6", the Destruction of Starlight Beacon is shown. However, no deaths will be added as the destruction is shown in numerous other media.
- In "Issue 8", Thaya Ferr mentions how numerous assassins have been killed by the Nihil after they were sent by Krix Kamerat to kill Marchion Ro. However, it is unknown how many were sent, so none shall be listed above.
- In "Issue 11" and "Issue 12", Tebs is shown punching numerous Nihil. However, it is unknown if any were killed due to blunt force trauma, so none will be listed above.
- In "Issue 13", Sav Malagán destroys numerous artillery cannons from the Star Hopper which has Nihil surrounding around it. However, unlike past comics, no Nihil are shown being flown into the air or lying on the ground from the explosions. As such, it is presumed no Nihil were killed in the chaos and none shall be listed above.
- In "The Wedding Spectacular", a panel is shown of numerous Tarkin guards being overwhelmed by attendees of the Mrala-Talisola Wedding. In the panel, one member appears to be shot by Dexter Jettster. However, in the panels before, the blasters are set to stun even though the panel with the Tarkin guard being shot shows the blasters are not set to stun. This is believed to be an error and the guard will not be listed above for such reasons.
- In "Issue 14", the beginning starts off with several individuals partaking in unarmed combat. Throughout the fight, three individuals can be shown either being beaten, flailing through the air, or slammed into a pillar. It is unknown if these three individuals perished in said ways, so they will not be listed above.
- In "Issue 14", several explosions can be shown throughout the issue, whether in the sky, on the ground, or in buildings. Even with the explosions, it is unknown whether anyone is inside them, excluding explosions of ships that show half the ship outside of the explosion. Aside from the ships, no other explosions will be listed as deaths.
- This also appears in many future issues, and the same can be said of those issues through these rules.
- In "Issue 14", a flashback is shown of Abediah Viess and the Warden, with Viess explaining his entire squad was wiped out in an uprising off-panel. However, aside from Sergeant Detral, it is unknown how many individuals were killed in the uprising. As such, none will be listed above.
- In "Issue 15", numerous panels are shown of individuals being flung whilst fighting on the ground. However, it is unknown if any of these individuals were killed by being flung. As such, none will be listed above.
- In "Issue 16", a Nihil reports how numerous casualties are resulting after a Republic cruiser entered the Battle of Eriadu. However, it is unknown how many casualties occurred, so none will be listed above.
- In "The Battle of Eriadu", several panels shown Nihil pirates on the ground. However, it is unknown whether they are deceased or knocked unconscious, so none of them will be listed above.
- In "The Battle of Eriadu", Ruu is shown fighting Nihil pirates in several panels. However, aside from the ones he is shown killing with a lightsaber, it is unknown if the ones he fought without it died. As such, none of those Nihil will be listed above.
- In "Issue 17", numerous skulls and bones can be shown in a dream sequence of Farzala Tarabal. However, since this is only a dream, none of the skulls will be counted as deaths above.
