In "Issue 2", several Nihil are shown being beaten up by civilians on the streets of the planet Naboo. However, while some are beaten up hard by other pirates, it is possible they could have survived their scuffles and as such, none will be listed above.
In "Issue 2", several Nihil are shown being shot at from the ground by Jedi vectors in the skies. However, it is unknown if any of them were killed and as such, none will be listed above.
In "Issue 2", Keeve Trennis fires her Jedi vector at the roof of the Theed Royal Palace, which results in rubble falling onto the individuals inside the building. While Yarzion Vell states that multiple individual pirates were killed, only one pirate is shown deceased amid the debris. As such, only the one pirate shall be listed and no others for the issue.
In "Issue 3", an explosion can be shown in the sky of Eriadu, presumably a ship. However, it is unknown whether anyone is inside them or if it is a ship. As such, no death will be listed above.
In "Issue 3", Sskeer and OrbaLin fire at the engines of a Nihil ship. However, despite fire being shown on the ship, it is mentioned they are only targeting their engines so as to not kill the individuals inside. As such, these are not deaths and will not be listed above.
In "Issue 3" and "Issue 4", a ship that contains a part of OrbaLin is shot, with the part of OrbaLin inside being killed. However, since other remnants of OrbaLin exist, this is not a full death and, as such, will not be listed above.
