- In Chapter I: The Pilgrim Moon, Ran Yaltan shows a ghostly spirit of a person. However, since he is proven to be a fake, it is presumed this spirit is not a person and will not be added above.
- In Chapter III: Guardian No More, the bodies of numerous children are shown. However, Oklane Viss states all are alive, and Tey Sirrek states only Flim is deceased, so none of the other children will be added.
- In Chapter IV: The Herald of the Open Hand, Susalee mentions how Zumeg passed away in the explosion caused in the previous comic. As such, Zumeg's death is listed in Chapter III: Guardian No More since the explosion took place in that comic.
- In Chapter IV: The Herald of the Open Hand and Chapter V: Falling Down, Tarna Miak protects himself by fighting numerous civilians. However, none of the civilians seem to die, so none will be counted.
- In Chapter V: Falling Down, the almshouse is shown being destroyed. However in the next comic, Vildar Mac holds it up and promises nobody will die. As such, no one will be counted.
