- In "Issue 1", the deaths of Snoke and Han Solo are shown in flashbacks. However, since there deaths first appeared in other media first, they will not be listed above.
- While Kylo Ren is slaughtering several Alazmec, two of the bunch appear to only have their arms sliced off by Ren. Aside from the others, these injuries could be survivable and, as such, they will not be listed above.
- In "Issue 2", a flashback of Anakin Skywalker slaughtering Tusken Raiders is shown. However, since the scene was first shown in Star Wars: Episode II – Attack of the Clones, the deaths will not be listed above.
- In a brief skirmish, a Rancor is bisected at the leg by Kylo Ren with his lightsaber. However, after toppling over, it is unknown if the Rancor died. Despite the injury, it is presumed it lived and will not be listed above.
- Numerous Weequay guards fire their blasters at Kylo Ren. However, despite the ones shown having their blaster shots redirected back, it is presumed the rest survived. Especially since one can be seen standing up after the skirmish. As such, no others will be listed above.
- In "Issue 3", a flashback is shown of a deceased Praetorian guard in the throne room of the Supremacy. However, since the guards death was first shown in Star Wars: Episode VIII – The Last Jedi, they will not be listed above.
- A dream sequence of Darth Vader is shown, with him slaughtering several Alderaanian guards. However, since this is a dream sequence, along with it being a parallel to events shown in Rogue One: A Star Wars Story, no deaths will be listed above.
- In "Issue 4", a flashback sequence is shown of Darth Vader in which he is atop a pile of deceased skeletons. Additionally, another shot is shown of him Force-choking an individual to death. However, since these are only dream sequences interpreted by others, they will not be listed above.
- Kylo Ren engages in a fight with the Veruna family on Naboo. However, while it appears only three guards died, two from being shot and one from having his neck snapped, Kylo Ren admits to having killed all but one. Since he is shown slamming his arm into their heads, it is presumed each had their neck snapped by Kylo Ren, and will all be listed above as such.
- In "Issue 5", a platoon of Stormtroopers is killed as a result of Kylo Ren using a UA-TT on the troopers. However, if we eliminate the sergeant in charge and five killed by Ren from blasterfire, at least fifteen shown in the previous panels would have been killed due to his actions and as such, at least fifteen kills will be listed above.
- An AT-M6 is shown destroyed in the issue, with its hull blown apart from Naboo residents. However, it is unknown if any individuals were killed as a result of this off-panel action and as such, no deaths will be listed above.
