Star Trek Into Darkness

Star Trek Into Darkness is a 2013 American science fiction film which is the second film within the Kelvin Timeline, acting as a reboot of Star Trek: The Original Series. It was released on May 15, 2013 by Paramount Pictures. It is the twelfth Star Trek film following Star Trek and it is followed by Star Trek Beyond in 2016.

After the crew of the Enterprise find an unstoppable force of terror from within their own organization, Captain Kirk leads a manhunt to a war-zone world to capture a one-man weapon of mass destruction.
