- According to the Star Trek: Deep Space Nine Technical Manual a D'deridex-class starship contains 1,500 crewmen.
- A Klingon Bird-of-Prey contains 12 crewmen.
- A D'Kora-class Marauder contains 450 crewmen.
- The minimal known number of Borg drones on a Borg cube is 5,000, this will therefore be used as a minimum number of Borg drones on a Borg cube.
