Son of Dracula (1943)

Son of Dracula is a 1943 American Universal horror film directed by the late Robert Siodmak, produced by the late Ford Beebe, and starring the late Lon Chaney Jr., the late Robert Paige, the late Louise Allbritton, the late Frank Craven, the late Evelyn Ankers, and the late J. Edward Bromberg. It is the third film in the Universal Pictures franchise Dracula, a sequel to Dracula's Daughter, and followed by House of Frankenstein.

Carpathian Count Alucard (Lon Chaney Jr.) is invited to the U.S. by a young heiress (Louise Allbritton). Her boyfriend (Robert Paige) and local officials are suspicious of the newcomer, who is interested in the "virile" soil of the new world.

• Katherine "Kay" Caldwell (Vampire) - Burned to death inside her coffin by Frank Stanley as a mercy kill to end her vampirism.
