Silent Rage is a 1982 American action horror film written by Joseph Fraley and Edward Di Lorenzo, directed by Michael Miller, and starring Chuck Norris.
The film revolves around a crazed killer who, after being nearly shot to death, is given a prototype formula by a couple of genetic scientists, that allow his body to heal from wounds almost instantly. The cost of the formula, is that said killer is now even more unstable than he was before.
