Shrek is a series of animated comedy films directed by Andrew Adamson and Vicky Jenson in the first film, Andrew Adamson, Kelly Asbury, and Conrad Vernon in the second film, Chris Miller in the third film, and Mike Mitchell in the fourth film, starring Mike Myers and Eddie Murphy, based on the children's novel of the same name written by William Steig.

- Because the physical embodiment of Death in this series not only controls when people die, but is also responsible for taking them to the afterlife, every death in this series will count as a kill towards him.
By Film[]
- In the first Shrek film, Fiona beats up Robin Hood and his Merry Men, but none of them were shown to have died, so they won't be counted. Also, Shrek and Fiona blow up a frog and a snake like balloons, but they were still alive afterwards, so they won't be counted.
- In Shrek 4-D, Shrek and Donkey come across Lord Farquaad's grave in a graveyard, but it is impossible to count how many tombstones there were.
- In Shrek 2, Mongo was sprayed with baking soda by guards and then falls into a lake, but he wasn't shown to have died, so he won't be counted.
- In Shrek the Third, when Dragon knocked over the tower on Prince Charming with her tail, it is unknown if the window hit him or not, so his death is debated.
- In Scared Shrekless, none of the characters becoming zombies will be counted as half of them were killed during the actual film series while others were just acting.
- In Puss and Boots, both Jack and Jill are crushed underneath The Great Terror, however during the credits it's revealed that they survived albeit in the hospital with every bone in their bodies broken.
