- In 1988, he was arrested for assault and battery after a fist fight outside a fast-food restaurant.
- In 1989, he was arrested for charges of mayhem, two counts of assault and battery by means of a dangerous weapon and two counts of assault and battery following an incident at a concert in Springfield, Massachusetts, where Skid Row was opening for Aerosmith where he threw a beer bottle into the crowd accidentally hitting a teenage girl after a crowd member threw the bottle at him.
- In 2002, he was arrested for making terrorist threats towards a bartender.
- Also in 2002, he was arrested for having five grams of marijuana and four packets of rolling papers.
- In 2010, he was arrested for assault and mischief after he smashed a wine glass against the front doors of a bar when he was told he couldn't take it with him.
- Also in 2010, he was arrested for having a small amount of marijuana on him.
