Reign is the evil personality of Samantha Arias as well as a supporting antagonist in the TV series Supergirl within the Arrowverse, serving as a cameo character in the Season 2 finale, the central antagonist of Season 3, a posthumous antagonist in Season 4 and the secondary antagonist of the one-hundreth episode in Season 5.
She is portrayed by Odette Annable.
