Rear Window is a Mystery Thriller Alfred Hitchcock film released on September 1st, 1954. It was directed by Alfred Hitchcock and written by John Hayes. The film is based on a short film made by Cornell Woolrich called "It Had To Be Murder". The film stars James Stewart as "Jeff" Jefferies, Grace Kelly as Lisa Fremont, and Wendell Corey as Thomas Doyle.
The story of a recuperating news photographer who believes he has witnessed a murder. Confined to a wheelchair after an accident, he spends his time watching the occupants of neighbouring apartments through a telephoto lens and binoculars and becomes convinced that a murder has taken place.
