Rando

Dustin "Dusty" Armstrong, also known by his gangster name Rando, is the tritagonist of the Lisa franchise, serving as the heroic main antagonist of Lisa: The Painful and the deuteragonist of Lisa: The Joyful. Being a peaceful and benevolent warlord in comparison to the others present in the franchise, Rando wants to protect Buddy Armstrong from the forces of evil, much to the chagrin of her father, Brad. Beneath his mask is the face of Brad Armstrong's adopted son, Dusty (which has been mutilated by rival gangster Buzzo). Due to his peacefulness, all of his kills are shared with the much more violent Buddy Armstrong. He is not responsible for the kills committed by the Rando Army, for he is unaware of how corrupt his army has become.

Rando is characterized as kindhearted and timid.
