REC

REC is a series of found footage horror films, beginning in 2007 and concluding in 2014. The series was remade in the United States with the title Quarantine.

Notes

In Rec, a health inspector told the remaining survivors in the apartment building that a dog turned dangerous and harmed all the other animals there too, turning them dangerous as well. Although, the health inspector never told the survivors how many animals were harmed, making it impossible to know. It is also likely that the dogs attacked the vets, as well.
