Quiet Fire is a 1991 action film starring Lawrence Hilton Jacobs who also directed the film it also stars the late Karen Black, and the late Robert Z'Dar.
Ex-Vietnam veteran Jesse (Lawrence Hilton Jacobs) must discredit his ex-commanding officer and senate candidate, Whalen from handing over government intel to terrorists. Outnumbered and lacking firepower, he must expose the candidate before he wins the election.
