Prime Cut is an exploitation/action/neo-noir film released in 1972.

In the film, an enforcer for the Irish mob travels to Kansas City to a meat processing plant owing them money. When they arrive, they quickly realize the farm is a front for human trafficking, and that everyone there wants them dead. The film was directed by Michael Ritchie and stars Lee Marvin, Gene Hackman and Sissy Spacek.
