Note[]
- In Come and Get It, the Saint of Killers is seen destroying several tanks in a battlefield. As the model used for the tanks greatly resembles the M1 Abrams, four deaths are counted for each tank (commander/machine gunner, gunner, loader, driver).
- In Preacher Special: One Man's War, Herr Starr is mentioned to have killed a thousand people during his operations in service of the Grail. However, 205 of his victims were subtracted from that total sum, as we are considering the bombing of the Spanish mental institution as his first mission for the Grail, despite that being meant only as an efficiency test for Herr Starr.
- The entirety of First Contact takes place in a drug-induced hallucination. Any deaths that occur in that issue are not to be counted.
- In The Land of Bad Things, Jesse Custer and Billy Baker visit the Vietnam Veterans Memorial in Washington, D.C. There are 58.220 names in total engraved on the memorial, and 58207 deaths if we subtract with those already shown in flashbacks.
- In Texas, By God, it is mentioned that almost half of the Heavenly Host died during Satan's Fall, while protesting against the creation of mankind. Since there's no way to tell how many angels were created by God in total, we are only counting those who died on-panel.
