Petty Officer Erin Toner

Petty Officer Erin Toner is a minor antagonist in season 1 of the tv show NCIS, serving as the main antagonist in in the episode "The Curse". She is a former military officer who worked alongside Ted Martinez to steal money from the military and murder Mark Schilz, and then killed Ted Martinez.

She is portrayed by Melora Hardin.
