
Percy Jackson and The Last Olympian also known as The Last Olympian is a 2009 American fantasy-adventure novel based on Greek mythology, the fifth entry written by Rick Riordan in the Percy Jackson & the Olympians series and acts as a direct sequel to The Battle of the Labyrinth. The novel is originally served as the conclusion to the Percy Jackson and the Olympians series until it is followed by a new set of trilogy novels with the first installment being The Chalice of the Gods.
This conclusion to the saga revolves around Percy Jackson, the son of Poseidon, as he leads his friends in a last stand to protect Mount Olympus and the rest of the world from Kronos and his army of titans and monsters.
