Patrick Pewterschmidt, also known as The Fat Guy Strangler, is a minor recurring character in Family Guy.
He is an insane serial killer that murders overweight men due to his childhood trauma of witnessing Jackie Gleason having sex with his mother.
He is voiced by Robert Downey Jr. in the episode "The Fat Guy Strangler", who has also portrayed Iron Man in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. In the episode "Killer Queen", he is voiced by Oliver Vaquer.
