• Whisper - Destroyed by the players with PROTOTYPE-AN-V2s.

Notes

• A red bow tie (identical to the one that Ophelia wears) appears on the body sheet of the deceased woman in Chapter 3, implying that after she died, she was the test subject that the Director used to create Ophelia.
• The other test subjects, who were people locked away on an island, were supposedly killed in order to make the other bio-dolls, however not only is this unconfirmed, it isn’t actually clear how many Bio-Dolls there are.
