The Nerve Gas House Game is an event that took place in the 2005 film Saw II.
The game was orchestrated by John Kramer/The Jigsaw Killer, and had eight players.

- Gus Colyard - Accidentally shot through the eye with a revolver when Xavier Chavez turned the key to a door trap set up by John Kramer/The Jigsaw Killer. Shared kill.
- Obi Tate - Burned alive inside the furnace when he tried to grab an extra antidote in the Furnace Trap set up John Kramer/The Jigsaw Killer.
- Jonas Singer - Hit in the back of the head by Xavier Chavez with a baseball bat that had nails embedded in it.
- Laura Hunter - Suffered from a fatal seizure caused by the nerve agent everyone was breathing in that was released by John Kramer/The Jigsaw Killer.
- Addison Corday - Bled out off-screen after having her wrists caught in the razor box trap set up by John Kramer/The Jigsaw Killer.
- Xavier Chavez - Throat slit by Daniel Matthews with a hacksaw in self defense.
