Commodore Nelson Royale is a minor villain in the One Piece anime, serving as one of the main antagonists of the Warship Island Arc.

In the Japanese dub, he is voiced by Junpei Takiguchi. In the English dub, he is voiced by Ray Gestaut (Funimation).
