Mr. Trenchcoat is a minor background villain in the video game Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas.
He is a pedestrian who can be found around San Andreas, but he is the only pedestrian that could be found around the six bodies in El Castillo del Diablo. Many people theorize he is the one behind the dead bodies.
His voice actor is unknown.
