Mr. 7 is a minor posthumous villain in the One Piece anime, only being mentioned in the season four episode "Transforming Into Nami! Bon Clay's Hard-Hitting Ballet Kenpo".
He was a member of Baroque Works, but was replaced by the current Mr. 7 after his death.
