"Catcher-Killer" Babe, also known as Mr. 4, is a major villain in the non-canon One Piece recap film Episode of Alabasta. He is a member of Baroque Works and is partners with Miss Merry Christmas.
In the Japanese dub, he is voiced by Masaya Takatsuka. In the English dub, he is voiced by Scott Hinze (Funimation).
