Miles o brien

Senior Chief Petty Officer Miles Edward O'Brien is a Starfleet officer who served throughout much of the 24th century acting as the transporter chief on board the USS Enterprise-D and the chief of operations aboard Deep Space 9. He is a major protagonist within Star Trek appearing as a recurring protagonist in Star Trek: The Next Generation, a major protagonist in Star Trek: Deep Space Nine, as well as appearing in a range of other media around the franchise.

He is portrayed by Colm Meaney.
