General Michael Mercer is a major protagonist in season eleven ofThe Walking Dead tv show. He is the leader of the Commonwealth military and later the Deputy Governor. He is also the brother of Maxxine Mercer and the brother-in-law to Eugene Porter.
He is portrayed by Michael James Shaw.
