Martin Zilkay

Martin Zilkay, known by the alias Dr. Zee, is a major antagonist of the True Justice episodes "Blood Alley" and "All In", along with the 2012 coinciding film True Justice: Blood Alley.

He is portrayed by Ian Tracey.
