Man of Medan is a 2019 interactive drama horror video game developed by Supermassive Games and published by Bandai Namco Entertainment. It is the first game in The Dark Pictures Anthology. It stars Shawn Ashmore.
Players assume control of four tourists and their boat skipper on a trip out in the Pacific Ocean in Indonesia, where three pirates then hold them captive to rob them. The pirates eventually find the SS Ourang Medan anchored in the middle of the ocean, and decide to force the five hostages onboard to rob the place. However, things go terribly south.
It is succeeded by Little Hope.
Some deaths are determinant to the story, as your decisions influence later events, and will be listed as such.
