Malcolm Merlyn, also known as the Dark Archer, is a main antagonist throughout Arrow and in the second season of DC's Legends of Tomorrow within the Arrowverse. He is the mastermind behind the Undertaking and the former leader of Tempest and the League of Assassins. He is also a member of the Legion of Doom.
He is portrayed by John Barrowman.
