Lucille is the main weapon of choice for Negan Smith and it is named after his late wife Lucille Smith. It is a Louisville Slugger baseball bat wrapped in barbed wire.
It is not to be confused with the baseball bat Negan temporarily got from Brandon and used until he found the original Lucille.
