Jamie - Bled to death after having her stomach slashed open by Chromeskull with a jagged knife.
Deputy Russell - Mangled by Chromeskull, body seen.
Sheriff A. Bates - Throat slashed by Chromeskull with a jagged knife.
Unnamed Bound Girl - Head sawed upwards from the throat by Chromeskull with a jagged knife, decapitating her.
13 Unnamed Women - Killed in multiple ways including dismemberment, decapitation, mutilation, and skinning by Chromeskull, bodies seen.
Young Store Clerk - Face blown off from below the shin by Chromeskull with the shotgun that he was holding.
Anthony - Sawed back into the throat by Chromeskull with a jagged knife, decapitating him.
Steven - Head exploded when Chromeskull filled his ear with tire sealant.
Tucker - Stabbed in the chest by Chromeskull with a jagged knife.
Jesse Cromeans/Chromeskull - Face dissolved by a chemical that Susan put in his mask.

Two Unnamed Police Officers - Shot by Chromeskull, bodies seen.
Unnamed Girl - Mouth cut open and then chest cut open by Chromeskull with a jagged knife.
Allie - Bled to death after having a large portion of her head cut off by Chromeskull with a jagged knife.
Laurie - Stabbed in the stomach and knife pulled upwards and then stabbed in the mouth by Chromeskull with a jagged knife.
Detective Holland - Mouth forced onto two jagged knives by Chromeskull and jaw ripped open when they moved.
Detective Tiny - Stabbed through the back of the mouth and knife pulled upwards, slicing his head in half by Chromeskull with a jagged knife.
Detective Max - Stabbed in the eye by Chromeskull with a jagged knife.
Preston/Chromeskull - Throat repeatedly slit and slashed by Chromeskull with two jagged knives, decapitating him.
Officer Knight - Throat slit from behind by Chromeskull with a jagged knife.
Officer Cochern - Head slammed onto an axe by Chromeskull.
Officer Fraser - Stabbed through the hand with a hook and bled to death after having the side of his neck sliced open by Chromeskull with a machete.
Detective Trost - Stabbed through the back and face crushed on a countertop by Chromeskull after he shoved him in an electroplating bath.
Mrs. Cromeans - Committed suicide by shooting herself through the mouth.
