Kurt Caldwell, also known as The Runaway Killer, is the main antagonist of Dexter: New Blood, the ninth season of Dexter. He is a prolific serial killer who kidnaps and murders runaway girls, which he claims is in order to "protect" them from the dangerous world they live in. Dexter Morgan, however, believed that he just liked to feel in control.
He is portrayed by Clancy Brown.
