Khalil Payne, also known as Painkiller, is a former student at Garfield High School who briefly joined The 100 as an enforcer before being killed and resurrected by the A.S.A. to be used as a living weapon. He acts as both a protagonist and an antagonist in Black Lightning set within the Arrowverse.
He is portrayed by Jordan Calloway.
