
Just Cause is a 1995 American legal thriller film written by Jeb Stuart and Peter Stone, directed by Arne Glimcher; starring Sean Connery, Laurence Fishburne, Ed Harris, Blair Underwood, and Kate Capshaw. It is based on the 1992 novel of the same name written by John Katzenbach.
The film sees a Harvard professor, strictly against the death penalty, investigating the horrific murder of an 11-year-old girl that happened eight years prior, under the request of the supposed killer's grandmother.
