Thomas Griffin, better known as Juntao, is the main antagonist of the 1998 film Rush Hour. He is the corrupt Police Commander in Hong Kong who is revealed to be a notorious Triad crime boss that kidnaps Soo-Yung to extort Consul Han.
He is portrayed by Tom Wilkinson.
