Doctor Johann Fennhoff, also known as Viktor Ivchenko, is a psychiatrist and a former leader of the Soviet espionage agency, Leviathan. He has the power of mild hypnosis and acts as the main antagonist of the first season of Agent Carter set within the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
He is portrayed by Ralph Brown.
