Admiral Jean-Luc Picard is a Starfleet officer who served throughout much of the 24th century commanding the Federation starships USS Stargazer, USS Enterprise-D, and the USS Enterprise-E. He is a major protagonist within Star Trek appearing in Star Trek: The Next Generation, Star Trek Generations, Star Trek: First Contact, Star Trek: Insurrection, Star Trek: Nemesis, Star Trek: Picard, as well as appearing in a range of other media around the franchise.
He is portrayed by Patrick Stewart.
