James Venamun/The Gemini Killer

James Venamun, also known by his criminal alias, the Gemini Killer, is one of the two main antagonists of the 1990 film The Exorcist III.

He is portrayed by Brad Dourif, while the late Viveca Lindfors portrayed the possessed unnamed female patient.

Before Father Kanavan's murder, he confesses to having killed 17 people. Out of those 17, only 5 are known: an unnamed waitress, Karl Venamun, Karen, Brother Fain, and Thomas Kintry.
His serial killer signature is cutting off the right index finger and carving the Gemini symbol into the victim's left hand.
He mentions he was only 21 when he was executed.
According to Kinderman, he chose his victims at random, but all of them had a first, middle, or last name starting with the letter "K". He associated the "K"s with his father, "Karl".
