Isoka is a major character in the Ruluka Island arc during season five of the One Piece anime. She is a soldier in The Marines and a former member of the Pumpkin Pirates.
In the Japanese dub, she is voiced by Ryō Hirohashi. In the English dub, she is voiced by Laura Bailey (Funimation).
